Please note: we receive a tremendous amount of calendar item submissions so we give priority to the following:

1.       Events that take place within the city of Sacramento

Smaller scale events that do not have large budgets for advertising.

3.       First come-first serve basis for submissions.

Each month we also select several events for inclusion in our River City Best Bets column located inside the back cover of each of our publications. To have your event considered for this column we need to receive a press release about the event no later than the first of the month previous to the publication date. If selected you will need to provide us a photograph depicting the event by the 15^th of the month previous to publication.
